We send out registrations for our software by email, within 24 hours of receipt of your order. If you don't receive your registration email, we won't know about any problem until you contact us - please just send us an email and we'll look into it. Remember to check the 'spam' folder of your email account - the registration email may have ended up there by mistake.

Don't worry, if all else fails we can send you a new copy of your registration. Please just ask and we'll do all we can to help you.
